About

Fairway Valley Community Association (FVCA) in Washington Township, New Jersey is a 321 family community located in scenic Warren County, in Northwestern NJ.  Our community was established in 1989 by Toll Brothers with 158 single family homes (the Estates), 130 townhomes (the Greens) and 33 rental units (the Mews). Our community surrounds Fairway Valley Golf course, a well groomed, fun to play, challenging 9-hole layout at the base of Oxford Mountain. The amenities we enjoy include a pool, pool house, 2 tennis courts, green spaces and a sewage system.

We also enjoy over 100 acres of  hardwood forest and one of the most impressive Native Arboretuem’s in the country bordering the Pohatcong creek as it wanders through our development.  This stream is stocked with several varieties of trout several times during the spring fishing season.  This wonderful area called Pohatcong Creek Natural Area, is a passive use recreational area managed by Washington Township, in the middle of our homeowners community.  The 1.5 miles of marked trails provide a wonderful environment for our community to enjoy in all seasons.

Warren Hills Regional High school is adjacent to the Estates and provides additional recreational and community benefits that also helps make Fairway Valley a great community.
